SATs-Papers.co.uk is run by Ninja Alliance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08599425).

2. The Test Papers

The national curriculum test papers (SATs) on this site are Crown copyright and are reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The original source is GOV.UK and the Standards and Testing Agency. Your rights under that licence are not affected by these terms.

Other papers, including 11+ and independent school papers, remain the copyright of their owners and must not be republished without their permission. If you own a paper on this site and want it changed or removed, contact us.

3. Our Collection

We have built this collection since 2011, first at freepastpapers.co.uk. We find historic papers that are no longer published elsewhere, check them, and name and organise them into one consistent structure. The collection, including its selection, arrangement, file names, titles and descriptions, is protected by database right owned by Ninja Alliance Ltd. All rights are reserved.

4. What You May Do

You may view, download and print papers, including our complete packs, for your own use at home or in school. You may link to any page or file on this site.

5. What You Must Not Do

• Copy, republish or redistribute all or a substantial part of the collection, on any website, app or other service.
• Use automated tools to copy, scrape or download the collection.
• Repeatedly or systematically take parts of the collection, under any file names or web addresses.
• Remove, hide or alter any mark in our files that identifies this site as their source.

Any of these needs our prior written permission. Without it, they infringe our rights, and we take action against infringement.
